Hola familia Yor.
Mi nombre es Edelmira Arellanes, cuando empecé el reto de 8 semanas no sabía que esperar, pero ya después de varios retos sé que se puede mejorar cada vez más.
Soy madre de familia y tengo un trabajo de tiempo completo, y uno de medio tiempo, que es promover Yor Health.
Antes de conocer el reto no tenía ánimos ni energía para actividades extras, pensaba que eso de "hacer ejercicio" e ir a un gimnasio no era para personas como yo. En este último reto me atreví a romper mi paradigma y me siento feliz, llena de energía y con muchas ganas de seguir transformando mi cuerpo y mejorando mi salud.
