Hello my name is Andrew Johnson, I'm 21 years old and attending Jefferson for Engineering Management. I spend most of my day with school work and studying with friends. My friend Sonny was the one who convinced me to begin the challenge. He knew going to gym would help me improve my fitness and overall health as well as help me lose weight which would help me accomplish my goal of playing on the soccer team. So in the overall picture I decided to do the challenge to help begin the road of achieving a higher level of fitness. My main physical challenge during the beginning was starting to workout with weights because I have never seriously trained or worked out before. Before the challenge I wasn't that confident with my body and didn't feel that well about it, after the challenge I felt better about my body and very confident that I can keep losing weight and get into even better shape.
The YOR health products I used during the challenge were the YOR digest Ultra and YOR super slim. I also used the vanilla and chocolate protein shakes along with super greens and fiber plus. I would generally exercise 3-4 times a week and any free time that would pop up in my daily schedule.
