So im meghan, 26 from good old brisvegas(Brisbane qld aus). i work night & always have been a curvy bigger girl.
a yr i started one the yor health products first challenge i didnt complete i loss 5ish kg, then my 2nd challenge same i loss about the same. i suck at writing myself btw. ive worke
d with my trainer along the way of all 3 of them but recently changed trainers in the new yr due to my other trainer has a alien in her hahah jks a she is having a baby.

this challenge started off with my new betting i couldnt lose a 6kg in 6 wks. which i loss with him but did try very hard to prove owh wrong.
i feel i have toned up more than loss, which my body has gone in its little stages for a bit.
i limited sugar & Salt intake.
the products i was using were the yor mrp, probotics, digestive. i know i got slack with but with but i know i only got myself to blame. i was exercising 4 time a wk mostly with my trainer & a class.
end of the day im glad i finally completed the whole of the challenge, last couple of times ive finishes them but not done the final photos& essay.
