After getting sick halfway through my first YOR 8 Week Best Body challenge and despite achieving some great results I didn’t reach my target weight therefore this motivated me to join another challenge.
I started my challenge weighing just over 87kg and 8 weeks later I stepped on the scales weighing 79kg! This is the lowest I have been in a long time and not only that my body fat has decreased by 8% I cannot believe I have finally got below my goal weight.
I incorporated the entire YOR health product range into my daily schedule as I felt every single product helped me through my day. My morning routine started by taking YOR Repair with a YOR Probiotic Ultra, then I'd have a Chocolate YOR Shake mixed with YOR Fiber plus. Throughout the day I would boost my energy with a Berry blast/YOR Supergreen combo and before lunch and dinner I would take my YOR Essential Vitamins and YOR Digest Ultra.
Before I used to struggle to get to the gym but with the extra energy I was able to train at least 5 times a week, training weights as well as including more cardio. It motivated me to play more team sports such as indoor cricket and netball. I began to see results so much quicker then I have ever had in the past, this boosted my confidence.
