HI my name is Chia Scott. I'm from South Carolina and a mother of four. I also work full time. I've been stuggling with my wieght of a few years now due to my busy work schedule and taking care of my kids, taking them to footbal practice and being there for them whenever I can. I was overweight and not happy with my body. I started out February 2015 trying to lose weight and I lost roughly 10 lbs by February 2016 so I decided to do the 8 week challenge. Since I invested money into the product I decided that I will stick with the challenge ad see what happens. The product that I used was YOR chocolate meal shake, YOR digest ultra and YOR super green. I did 30 minutes cardio in the morning and at night. I lost about 7 lbs in the first 4 weeks and then I added weight work out (20 reps 30 lbs 20 set of squats, 15 reps 30 lbs 20 set dead lift) lost a total of 16 lbs at the end of my challenge. I am very happy with myself..in my way to 120 lbs. .

Please be advised that the testimonials contained on this website and any other publication or printed materials reflect only the experiences of the customer who has provided the testimonial. The above individual’s results may not be typical. As of October 2025, those who completed 8 weeks in the weight loss category of YOR Best Body lost an average of 13.86 lb (6.29 kg), or 1.73 lb (0.78 kg) per week. When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.

Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
