I am Ella and I'm 23 years old; live and study architecture in Mexico. Because my major is such a demanding career I have always had trouble managing my life schedule. The most difficult part is when I don't get enough sleep or enough to eat, and vice-versa, either I sleep a lot or eat more than I should, and well the exercise it's a treat I cannot give to myself as often as I would like to.
Since I started to actually care for my appearance I have had tried every single program, diet, technique and I even did some slimming shoots for a while, I didn't enjoy any of it and it was either painful or had me starving to the point that I passed out a few times.
I have lived in other countries of Europe and the United States, and the place itself demands a different life style, I used to eat differently and walk everywhere, unlike my actual life style where I take the car everywhere and I eat whatever comes first in hand.
Whit this program I am learning to have an schedule, to have a healthier lifestyle. Not only another diet to follow through until I reach a goal but a different way of seeing myself in the mirror and also the way other people look at me, It will be a major change in my life and I am whiling to do what it takes to make it happen and stay that way.
