When I started the challenge I was 248 pounds. This was hard for me because before having children I was always small. I used the probiotics, complete burn, berry blast, muscle repair ultra, Mrp shakes, super slim, essential vitamins, and yor digest during this process. I didn't always remember to take everything everyday but I did my best with working full time and being a single mother. I started this challenge because I wanted to be able to enjoy my children. I also want to avoid all the health issues my mother encounters from not living a healthier lifestyle. I wan to be an example for my daughters. I didn't start to excersing until three weeks after the challenge started. It was very mild workouts. I work on my feet so I'm usually tired. With the products I have gained energy, the most that I've had in the last five years. I have become more active and have involved my children. I now have two little workout partners. I am now 230 pounds. I lost 18 pounds but I also lost tons of inches and gained muscle definition. I am so excited for these results and can't wait to enter another 8 week challenge.
