My name is Gerardo Estevan and I participated in this eight week challenge. I am very happy with my results from this eight week challenge, I had been wanting to loose these extra pounds for a long time and I also wanted to mark my abs. Luckily I completed my goal and a little bit more during this challenge. With the help of exercise, no skipping any meals and some great products which i couldn't have done anything without.

These 8 weeks I exercised every day, six days a week, an hour daily, this consisted of weights and a small amount of cardio.
