Hello I'm Anabella and this is the first challenge I joined, actually it is the first time I take YOR health products. I'm a professional runner and never felt this way, I have more energy, I feel stronger and I have reduced my times and I want to keep improving.
Today I'm so happy with the results, I lost 5 kilos and I want to loose more and gain muscle.
I want to thank YOR Heath because the challenge has given me new habits, a new quality of life and I'm pretty sure that my sport life will get better.
My regimen was with probiotics when I woke up, after my crossfit class took 2 scoops of shake, before my intake of any foods, suoergreens helped me between meals and YOR repair was a must at night to recover from my trainings.
I'm going to join the challenge again but now in the fitness category, I want a fit body and I'm going for more. Thank you YOR Heath.
