I'm 41 years old and presently traveling America. I decided to take the challenge because last year I was 108 kgs and was not happy with my appearance. I had had hernia surgery in October and gained a few kgs afterward. Before the challenge I knew I had to get back in shape, afterward I still think I must work harder to achieve my goals.

I use the MRP, Digest, Probiotic and BerryBlast.

The last two weeks I have been able to go 6 times a week to the gym where I do 40 minutes of elliptical training. Traveling makes it difficult because diet and exercise routines are constantly being interrupted. I have kept up with hiking for much of the time, although before I was hiking in the mountains now it's in the city. Not the same.
