With the conclusion of my 8 week challenge i was very satisfied with my results, First let me tell you that during the holidays with food, festivities and many more things I tend to gain a lot of weight and slack of at the gym like many other people.
I decided to enroll in the 8 Week Challenge to get back on track, I mentally prepared myself every time that I enroll in to the challenge to have a transformation. I know i had to do it, even when i was playing soccer i felt the weight, i was slower, get tired faster and i wasn't performing at my level!
I started the challenge at 172lb ( Heaviest point in my life) I started taking the YORHealth products line as directed. Before going to sleep I was taking 1x Probiotic Ultra and 2x Repairs; In the morning after working out I took the YOR Shake + Fiber. Then after that every meal i made sure i had a Digestive enzyme and 2 Multi Vitamins to go along with my 2 big meals. As i go to the gym early morning energy played a big factor during my afternoon but not anymore with the Berry Blast and the Super green (SUPER BLAST) which recharged me to go back and build my fortune!
