Hola mi nombre es Yolanda, termine mi reto muy feliz y contenta con los cambios que obtuve ya que llevo 2 años en el negocio y nunca me había atrevido a entrar al reto la verdad me daba pena, siempre eh sido una persona delgada pero delgada entre paréntesis porque debajo de la ropa es otra cosa, ahora mi pensamiento en cuanto a lograr una meta de salud es otra y eso es gracias a mi esposo y a mis hijos que me inspiran hacerlo y también no hubiera sido posible concluir el reto y mis actividades sin el apoyo de Yorhealth 360. Ya que cada mañana antes de empezar hacer ejercicio sin falta tomo una gota de aceite esencial de limón en un vaso con agua tibia y antes de desayunar 2 capsulas de vitaminas y al medio dia mi Supergreen y en por la noche una capsula de repair.
