Yo siempre he tratado de llevar una vida saludable, sin embargo, siempre me sentia cansada y nunca habia podido eliminar esa molesta pancita, pero desde que empece a tomar la linea de Yorhealth he podido resolver esos 2 problemas y superar mis expectativas por mucho.
Todos los dias tomo la malteada 2 o hasta 3 veces al dia, casi siempre con una gota de bare oils de menta.
Adicionalmente en mi agua del dia le pongo una gota de limon por cada litro que tomo.
Por supuesto antes de comer me tomo mi digest y cuando voy al gym (2 o 3 veces por semana) me llevo mi berry blast.
Basicamente esto me ha ayudado a mejorar mi salud y energia de una manera muy positiva. Hoy me siento mas segura de mi y de mi cuerpo, me ha ayudado ademas en mi autiestima. Estoy muy feliz con la linea de Yorhealth!!!
