Hi! My name is MariCarmen. I've dedicated the past 7 years of my professional life to conscious movement as a Pilates instructor and for the last 2 I incorporated Yor Health to my lifestyle by both, doing the business and taking the products. Best decision ever.
I value the philosophy of our company as health is what moves the world nowadays and what inspired me to live a different life. Yet, what I value the most are the leaders I have had the opportunity to work and share with, who have been there, through thick and thin.
The past 6 months have been crazy. I have gone through so many changes in my life that I had to hold on to something that kept me motivated, and that's why, for the first time in two years, I finished a challenge. My thought for never finishing was "I don't need it that much, anyway". Don't get me wrong, I've always taken and loved the products, I just had not realised the dimension of the benefits. The results I see and feel are amazing. The way I see myself today, after accomplishing this, has changed completely.
My training was 1 hour a day, five days a week and as it was not based on weight lifting or cardio, I used every product except for the Muscle Energy. I changed the order in which I took them and turned out to be great. What worked so much for me was taking the Shake right after my Pilates class. I also started taking Bare Oils, a couple of drops, one of lemon and one of ginger in my water and used grapefruit oil topically.
This has been a challenge that has gone beyond the physical for me. I has been worth every day.
