Empecé el reto pesando 75.5 Kg, note que baje mucho de tallas y en peso solo baje 2.5 Kg. durante las 8 semanas lo que me gusto ya que queme mucha grasa y la fui convirtiendo en musculo, al final del reto peso 73 Kg. para lograr estos resultado, sustituí el desayuno por una rica combinación de malteada Yor MRP con Fibra Plus preparada con agua, y la dosis de Yor Repair Ultra recomendada (una en la mañana y una en la noche). Durante las 8 semanas de reto debido a mi actividad diaria no pude hacer mucho ejercicio, pero si hice unas 5 semanas de gimnasio.
