Hola amigos del reto!
Mi nombre es Juanita Olivares soy del estado de Nuevo León tengo 27 años la mayor parte de mi tiempo la pasó en mi trabajo (un restaurant) y me era imposible hacer dieta.
Cuando me hablaron del reto puse uno y mil pretextos pero cuando supe los beneficios dije va!!!
En Yor Health encontré como bajar de peso de una forma no tan difícil, una vida sana, nutrición pero sobretodo que es delicioso ponerme en forma.
Decidí tomar el reto porque siempre he sido rellenita y mi mayor desafío era comer golosinas y comida chatarra y sobre todo hacer más actividad física.
Ahora tengo nuevos hábitos en la mañana en ayunas tomo en té con Bare Oils combinando limón-toronja-genjibre-canela estoy facinsda me desinflaman súper y aparté ayudan a mi salud y a mi sistema inmune en mi almuerzo me tomo la mareada de chocolate o vainilla que están deliii y antes de la comida una Yor Digest entre comidas colación (frutas) y para la cena repito la malteada que me súper
encanta!
Estoy extraordinariamente feliz porqué logre excelentes resultados visibles cambios en mi cuerpo pero sobre todo en mi ánimo.
