Hello my name is Denise. I am 47 years old and I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I tried every diet pill or diet clinic you could think of and nothing worked. I was injured in a car accident and had to have back surgery while I was in the healing process I was hit again which resulted in another back injury. I became a little depressed and upset that I couldn't do all the things I wanted too. My weight was a key factor.

My sister introduced Yor health products to me and spoke very highly of them. I began my Yor Health best body 8 week challenge weighing 256 pounds my heaviest ever. Today is my final day and I am proud to say I weighed in at 242 pounds.

I started my day with Yor Health probiotic and repair upon rising, breakfast was a Yor Health shake with Yor Health complete burn 30 minutes before and vitamins, lunch I had a healthy meal with Yor Super Slim, digest and Yor vitamins, snacks were Yor Super greens, healthy dinner with Yor super slim, digest and vitamins . At bedtime I took Yor repair. For exercise I walked at lunch time at work for about 30 minutes every other day.
