Este es mi segundo reto y estoy muy contento y motivado por los resultaos que he obtenido, desde mi primer reto al haber utilizado los productos de yor health tuve cambios muy notorios y positivos y ahora con este segundo reto lo vuelvo a confirmar y no me queda duda alguna de la calidad y beneficios de los productos,inicie el reto con 85 kgs y lo estoy terminando con 87.5 kgs solo de masa muscular.
Iniciaba mi dia con probioticos y repair,antes de ir al gimnacio utilice muscle energy, trabajo en el gimnacio durante 2 horas, mientras trabajo tomo un berry blast al regresar tomo yor shake a media tarde tomo super greens, enzimas con las comidas y por la noche yor shake y antes de dormir repair.
Para mi a sido de gran utilidad utilizar los productos ya que yo jugaba futbol profesional y al terminar mi carrera estuve un tiempo sin hacer ejercicio y me sentia cansado y con poca energia, el usar los productos me ha devuelto la energia me siento mucho mejor entreno sin problema alguno y no termino cansado, me siento fuerte y con mucho animo.
