Inicié el Reto con 70 kg y ahora llegue a 71 KG.
Me siento mas delgado a pesar de que no baje muchos kilos, la grasa corporal se redujo mucho y mis músculos son mas duros y definidos, incluso sin poder cumplir al 100% con las rutinas de ejercicio ya que la jornada laborar no deja mucho tiempo libre y sin embargo logre buenos resultados.
Los productos los usé de la siguiente manera:
Por las mañanas tomé 3 gotas de Aceite Esencial de Toronja y Limón. Dos horas después mi YOR Shake con Muscle Energy.
Al medio día comía un platano con crema de cacahuate o algo similar junto con el YOR Supers Green.
Antes de comer me tomaba las YOR Digest Ultra y mi Yor Shape. Por la noche mi Yor Repair Ultra.
Esto me dio la nutrición y energía necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de mi cuerpo y la correcta absorción de los nutrientes para rendir en el entrenamiento y tener los mejores resultados. Complementé los productos con una buena alimentación balanceada, frutas y verduras, jugos y dejando todo tipo azucares, harinas y grasas, mas 30 minutos diarios de ejercicio.
Al final creo que el cambio es favorable y muy notorio y en unos meses pienso meterme al reto nuevamente hasta llegar al campeonato en las VEGAS!!!!
