I'm Nhou Thao! I got started with Yor Health, because I needed to take better care of myself. I have never put myself first when it comes to helping others. Always worried about school, others, and work that I ended up becoming a bit depressed and from there I became from a 180 to 201.8. I have tried many things to lose the weight and slim down. I have tried from Insanity to going to the gym, but I never saw a difference. From there I practically gave up hope in trying to lose weight. I became comfortable with myself, but I was never happy about it either. Yor Health coming into my life gave me hope again! I have more energy and I'm able to see a huge difference from my before to after photos. I'm not to the desired body and weight yet, but I will get there because Yor Health has given me hope again that I can do it!
