The end of my 2nd 8 week challenge has provided me with great things to look ahead to. I haven't yet met my goal weight, but my mental goal of under 100kg is the achievement I was really wanting. I would have lost more, but I can feel my body composition is changing. I have much more muscle tone, meaning I have put on some weight there.
Weight aside, the other things I feel I have improved are by far the greatest. I have so much more energy every day, to run around with my 18 month old son. I feel so much healthier, love my daily shake routine as it makes me feel clean and fresh. Its all made me love life more and love food more. Diet is better but hasn't changed much, proving its all about how your body absorbs your food.
Empowered is a word that comes to mind when it comes to my health. I feel like I have more control over my health and how my body works. its great.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
