Cuando inicié el reto pesaba 62.5 kg. actualmente peso 59 kg. Estoy muy agradecida con Yor Health porque después de varios días de empezar a tomar los productos ya no se me caía el cabello, mi piel ya no se ve opaca y mi sistema digestivo funciona maravillosamente. Tomé los producto de diferentes formas, pero la que me funcionó mejor fue tomar los probióticos al despertar, a las 8:00 hrs. Berry Blast con Super Greens para empezar el día con mucha energía, a las 11:00 hrs, Yor Shake de chocolate con aceite esencial de menta o de vainilla con aceite esencial de limón, a las 12:00 hrs. comía fruta y Yor digest ultra con la comida y la cena.
