Me gusta hacer el reto de 8 semanas porque cada uno es un desafío nuevo y una nueva oportunidad de hacer cambios y ajustes y sobretodo de estirarme. Cada vez tengo más confianza en mí y en qué puedo conseguir lo que me propongo, me gustan los resultados que estoy consiguiendo ya que tenía mucho tiempo que no me sentía tan bien y veía así.
En cuanto a comida no hice cambios y en cuanto a los productos de Yor tome el yorshake después de hacer ejercicio. Hago crossfit de 3 a 4 veces a la semana. Digest después de la comida y vitaminas y repair en ayunas. Aceites esenciales en ayunas también (3 gotas de jengibre y 3 de toronja).
