I am now 80kg and 33.3% body fat, I am very happy with my results. It is so rewarding to finally see some results in this 8 week challenge as I have found it so extremely hard in the past. I found it helped tracking my progress through measurements, weighing in and body fat % as I cannot physically see any changes but it is very obvious with the tracking of progress which has helped keep me going.
My final results are Arms = -2cm Bust = -4cm Waist = -4cm Abdomen = -9cm Hips = -4cm Thigh = -4cm Weight = -4kg Body Fat % = -3% BMI = -1.5.
My product routine was Morning - Shake with water, super greens, berry blast, fibre and glow powder. Ultra Slim before meals when I remember, vitamins and digest during meals. Afternoon - shake with water, super greens, berry blast and fibre. Night - probiotic and repair. Sometimes combine glow, fibre, berry blast and super greens in smoothie with banana.
I have to admit my exercise routine was not so much of a routine, it fluctuated between regular to sometimes to not at all. But it is evident the physical exercise I did do has paid off. My diet has also been probably the healthiest it has ever been. But this has really motivated me to keep going and keep striving for more improved results. Its working and I don't want to stop.
