Me siento estupendo, la verdad es que los productos de yorhealth son los mejor que existe, les platico como lo logre:

El paquete que yo elegi fue un fitness, el cual me ayudo muchísimo en el rendimiento de mis entrenamientos, recuperación y aumento de masa muscular.

Mi forma de tomarlo fue así, en la mañana al despertar me tomaba 1 probiotico y a los 15 minutos media porción de yorshake con 1 vaso de leche de almendras y avena, me iba a entrenar por la mañana (rutina leve de 30 minutos) regresando desayunaba, para mi primera colación me tomaba 1 porción de yor supergreens y 2 horas después mi comida y junto con ella mis deliciosas enzimas digestivas, más tarde me tomaba un berryblast 20 minutos antes de ir a hacer mis ejercicios de la tarde y al terminar me tomaba 1 porción de muscle energy, llegaba a mi casa a cenar y antes de acostarme me tomaba 1 reparador.
