alright this time round I was alot more consistent in terms of dieting with the more appropriate foods that would help me achieve my goals alot faster aka literally no KFC although i did have the ocasional cheat day every so often as a reward for my persistance in meal prepping 4-5 meals a day which i would consume daily! id wake up & have x2 repairs x2 vitamins with my berry blast / supergreen / fibre shake id always mix 2scoops of the delicious vanilla Mrp by the time id get to work at 8am id already would of had a substantial amount of fruit as im not myself with out them haha but in all seriousness my meals would vary and consist of brown rice chicken / tuna & vegetebles / steaks / salads / butter beans for a higher intake of protein i started to eat alot more carbs than ever before but would not consume anymore after 3pm & at that point id have yoghurts with oats etc
with all of these meals id have another vitamin and only 1 ultra digest with my heaviest meal as my bodies metabolism has re adjusted and started to really treat my foods as fuel for my body and i honestly couldn't feel any better knowing my body is atleast 90% healthier that other 10% goes to choclate =]
at night time id generally have a another mrp with x2 repairs & x1 probiotic!
i started yorhealth late august 2015 weighing in at 110kg and now currently sitting at 83.7kg so iv managed to keep off 26.3kg although i didnt hit my target of 85kg im still very happy with my overall look and journey iv had on the YORhealth products iv never felt so good my stomach is alot more tighter and I just generally feel alot more stronger
I did make a commitment of training 5 times a week and unfortunately I did no cardio what so ever or core work outs! maybe next time =] but until then ill continue working on putting more muscle and hit my goal of 85kg on a leaner style body.
