Hello YOR Health Community, I am so very happy to have started with YOR Health. I started out my journey weighing 177 and I am now at 160, I am loving it and feeling great. Before I started I used to feel very tired all the time, I had no energy to do things I needed or wanted to do, to include spend time out with my two boys. I was in a depressive state for a long time, I had just gotten back from my job overseas in Kuwait and trying to adapt to life back in the states had been very difficult, specially having a military mindset. I felt for a long time that I did't fit back in the civilian world. I had gotten injured while in the military and that plus the decisions I made in the following years to include leaving the military, going through a tough divorce, adjusting to a new job, and adjusting to a new life did not help my depression and thinking about it only made it worse. The only thing that would help me was thinking about making myself a better person for my children and I and that is when I decided to make a change. I then committed myself to me, my boys and YOR Health.
I started working out 3 to 4 days a week, waking up to 1 YOR Probiotics and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 1 YOR Repair. Once I get to work I have the YOR MRP with the YOR Supergreens and YOR Fiber (I'll add in YOR Berry Blast depending on how tired I am). Before lunch I take 1 YOR Super Slim and 30 minutes later I have my lunch with 2 YOR Digest Ultra and 2 YOR Essential Vitamins. I have 1 more YOR Super Slim then 30 minutes later I have dinner, with 2 YOR Essential Vitamins and 2 YOR Digest Ultra. At the conclusion of my 8 week challenge and using YOR Health products I don't feel the depression I felt, and I have lots of energy to do the things I want to do and enjoy with my children and for that I thank you YOR Health.
