Mi peso antes de Yor 79 kg ahora 9 kg menos me siento otra persona, sólo con la malteada combinada con la fibra de desayuno, súper green con berry de colación y mi enzima en los primeros bocados de la comida, por las tardes mis clases de zumba y la corridita de vez en cuando logré mi meta!!!!
