Hola comunidad de YOR Health! Mi nombre es Armando Rodriguez y estoy muy contento por que a mis 60 años termine otro reto de 8 semanas perdiendo 6 kilos, por mi edad y mi estilo de vida me costaba mucho trabajo poder comer a mis horas y hacer ejercicio me parecia algo imposible ya que tengo lesionadas las cervicales ademas de dolores de rodilla entre otras cosas.
