Hi my name is Daniela I’m 24 years old, I’ve always been skinny. But then I started thinking that being skinny it’s not the same thing as being healthy. When I look at pictures of my family when they were young they were also skinny, but as time passes by they look bigger and bigger, and reviewing the family history many have died of cardiovascular problems or have diabetes. So I decided to make a change in my life.
So first I had to find some kind of sport or exercise that I would actually like, so I looked for something different, that’s how I found pole dance fitness. It’s perfect because not only you work on your body you also work on your confidence and self-esteem.
The next thing was to change the food that I put in my mouth, I consulted with my nutritionist she told me that I ate too many carbohydrates and almost no veggies, but I hate veggies so I was in a bit of a problem. My days are like this
In the mornings I take 1 drop of lemon oil in half a glass of water, and my normal breakfast. I take YOR Digest Ultra with the midday meal. After going to pole dance class I take a YOR MRP Shake.
