Dear friends,
I work sitting in front of a computer all day and do the same after work at home. That's too much sitting. I am a Brazilian living in the US for 26 years and I am more than 50 pounds overweight. I know I have to change.
I started this program full of enthusiasm and followed the suggested YOR Health daily product regimen and walked on the treatmill 30 min. each day and lost the first 5 pounds in the first week, I was so happy!
But then I ate compulsively and put the 5 pounds back on the second week. Reality came back to me and I had to face that I have been a compulsive overeater all my life. I had an emotional melt down and wanted to give up. Then I thought seriously that this YOR Health Slim Program is my chance to get back to a healthy body and I had to give it my all. I had new hope and started again. But I had to fight the need for emotional food every day. I kept taking the YOR Probiotic every morning, the delicious shakes with fiber and frozen berries in the morning, the greens in the afternoon, my 2 meals a day were still NOT moderate size at all, and the last shake at night. I did walk every day for 20-30 minutes and then I decided to try the hot yoga to give me a bust and that helped me with the emotional side of the overeating and I went back to my first week moderate meals again. I love the shakes. They tasty like desserts I miss so much.
Today is my last day and I weighted myself and there it was, 195 pounds! I went from 205 to 195, and reached my goal for this first challenge. I made it! And I am so happy with this victory!
