Hola familia, muchas gracias a todos por sus votos en mi reto pasado, estoy muy contenta con los resultados y con mis avances, estas 8 semanas no pude tener una disciplina al 100, ya que tuve viajes y no pude hacer ejercicio ni comer bien, pero lo interesante fue que no sólo pude mantenerme si no que pude lograr subir 500 gr en masa muscular de 1 kg que me había puesto de meta, es lo genial de YOR que puedes llevarlos a tus viajes y te salvan de todas las malparadas y comidas malas que das cuando estás fuera de tu casa....
