Hello my name is Travis Boyle 28 years old with the passion for fitness and health.
This 8 week challenge is my second go at it.
I had such great results on the first challenge that I wanted to improve even more.
I started at 74.2kg with my body fat sitting around 8%
I finished at 75.3 adding 1.1kg and my body fat sitting at 7.4% :) might not seem to much but that was my goal and I achieved it.
I feel amazing every hour of the day when I wake up to when I go to bed not just about the outside of my body but how I feel on the inside as well.
Products I used

YOR Essential Oils: I use a lot of the essential oils in many different ways like recovery, post workout, muscle soreness, energy or to help me sleep and relax.
I would train 6 times a week with a large range of weights, running, swimming, boxing, surfing and riding. This is a normal week for me so to have more energy and great recovery every day is one of the most important the body needs.
