Tengo 34 años recién cumplidos , practico rugby los fines de semana e intento ir constantemente al gimnasio.
Me uní al reto por qué es una buena forma de ponerse una meta, soy competitivo y es una buena motivación
Durante estos 2 meses se me complicó... Fue mi cumpleaños , Semana Santa , vacaciones etc.
Fui constante durante unas 5 semanas, aunque estas últimas casi 3 por trabajo se me complicó hacer ejercicio
Sin embargo, y a pesar de perder solo 2 kilos, estos fueron de pura grasa. Fui de 24.4% a 22% de grasa, aumenté mi % de músculo !!

Durante casi todo el reto use TODOS los suplementos y complementos, adicional tomé( prácticamente todos los días ) 2 gotas de BareOil de limón por las mañanas en ayunas
Mi régimen fue
Al despiertar 1 probiotics y 1 repair, para desayunar un Yor Shake y Yor fibers junto con 2 Yor vitamins y 1 Yor shape
2 Hrs después una manzana , o barra de amaranto
. A la hora de la comida , antes de comer 1 Yor digest, 2 Yor vitamins y1 Yor shape
En la tarde noche 1 Yor Shake y antes de cenar otra vez 1 Yor digest , 2 Yor vitamins y 1 Yor shape
Si bien el peso que baje fue poco, el estado físico es buenísimo , menos panza y mucha energía
