Bonjour à tous,
J'ai commencé à fond le challenge, il y a de ca 8semaines. D'ici 3semaines, je me marie. J'ai donc deja ma robe pour l'occasion. Petit souci, il ne fallais pas trop que mon poids change... Smile
J'ai donc fais le challenge sans trop de sérieux.
Je prenais quand j'y pensais les vitamines et le calcium/magnésium. Sinon tous les matins, je prennais un cp de LB ultra.
Pour ce qui est du sport, je me fixais des objectifs en terme de gainage. J'ai commencé un nouveau sport qui à besoin d'une bonne tenue musculaire. Je cherchais donc à m'améliorer dans ce sens.

Le challenge m'a permis de me relancer dans une activité physique avec une notion d'objectif. Le fait de me suppléer vitaminement parlant m'a aidé au début pour que je ne me décourage pas.

Je vais continué mais après le mariage pour me permettre d'être à l'aise lors du mariage.
