¡Hola a todos!
Soy Alberto. Cuando empecé el Reto de 8 Semanas del YOR Best Body, mi peso era de 95 kgs y meta era bajar 10 kgs.
Cuando terminé el Reto, mi peso era de 87 kgs.
¿Cómo lo hice?
En la mañana, al despertar, mi primer paso era tomar un YOR Probiotics Ultra. Seguido de esto me tomaba dos medidas de YOR Shake y a media mañana YOR SuperGreens, siempre lo tomé solo, pese a que me aconsejaron combinarlo con jugo de naranja u otras cosas. Antes de mis alimentos me tomaba una cápsula de YOR Digest Ultra y algunas veces después de mi comida me tomaba mis YOR Essential Vitamins. Por la noche una porción de YOR Shake. Trataba de evitarlo, pero cuando era imposible, mi cena era un sándwich o alguna otra cosa.
Debo admitir que durante las 8 semanas no realicé ningún tipo de actividad física y no me limité en mis alimentos a la hora de la comida.
Me siento muy feliz de ser parte de la familia de YOR Health. Realmente me encantan todos los productos, he recuperado mi salud digestiva y estoy primeramente contento por haberme olvidado de la gastritis y después por bajar de peso.
Estoy seguro que continuaré utilizando la suplemetación, por que no hay nada que me haga cambiar este bienestar que ahora siento.
