Es la primera vez que entro al Reto y estoy muy emocionado y motivado por ganar ya que para mí representa más que ponerme en forma, es un cambio físico y emocional para darle apertura a cosas mejores en mi vida ya que vengo de algunos problemas personales que me habían mantenido anímicamente bajo.
Por lo que con este Reto aprovechó para realmente ponerme una meta y poderla hacer tangible, y que mejor conmigo mismo, para gozar de bienestar físico y mental.
