Empecé mi tercer reto una semana y media despues de haber terminado el segundo. Realmente lo estoy tratando de hacer un estilo e vida, aunque por alguna razón u otra hay semanas que le bajo de ritmo incluso las ultimas dos desafortunadamente me lesioné la espalda y no pude hacer ejercicio. En cuanto me recupere voy a seguir con mi rutina de de ejecicios de alta intesidad y consumiendo mis dos porciones de malteada dos a tres veces al dia, las vitaminas, shape y repair en la mañana, al medio dia otras shape, a la hora de la comida otras vitaminas y supergreen y con cada alimento fuerte las digest. En algunas ocasiones tomé Bare oil de Toronja y Naranja. Espero estar pronto de vuelta den mi cuarto reto!!
