Hi. My name is Leng Vang. I am 28 years old. Before I started yor health I weighed around 189lbs to 190 lbs. The reason i was gaining weight was because i work graveyard. It worned me out and I didn't have time or energy to work out because I well spend most of my day sleeping. On the days I worked out, i had no results. I was looking to lose weight and I was introduced to yor health products so I decided to give it try.
Since I started yor health I was able to lose 6lbs in the first week. I've noticed I have a lot more energy. I didn't really have to completely change my diet.
