Nuevamente termino un reto mas y me siento increible, sigo viendo resultados en mi talla y siento mi cuerpo de una manera diferente, este reto comence con 58 kilos y logre bajar 3 kilos mas pero en talla he reducido muchisimo mas.
en esta ocasion ajuste la manera de tomar los productos, en la mañana en ayunas 1 capsula de You Shape, despues el probiotico y un repair, una hora despues tome un Shake con la fibra y mis vitaminas, a media mañana como colacion una fruta y el supergreens con Berry Blast, a la hora de la comida 1 Digest y al terminar las vitaminas, a media tarde otra colacion y como cena otro Yor Shake y las vitaminas. En este reto realice caminata como ejercicio.
