Buenas noches equipo yor health, el motivo por cual escribo es el de el final del reto yor best body challenge, me disculpo por no haber subido mi foto final, pero debido a que mi computadora se averio no pude subir la foto a tiempo les agredecira si me permitieran entrar a la fase final del reto. a continucion le anexo las fotos y contesto lo que la pagina me solicita.
mi peso actual es de 103.500 kg, al comenzar en este reto me sentia un poco inseguro conmigo mismo ya que no sabia si podria mantener la linea por otros dos meses mas ya que tambien participe anteriormente obteniendo el primero lugar. al principo me fu difil tomar la malteada en el desatuno y la cena pero conforme fui viendo resultados me fui motivando cada vez mas, tome las enzimas digestivas una vez al dia durante dos meses a la hora de la comida a si como tambien el quemador de grasa.
hacia gimnacio dos o tres veces por semana y entraaba karate todos los dias de lunes a sabado.
ahora es la primera vez en mucho tiempo que peso 103 kg yla verdad me siento muy bien conmigo mismo mucho mas seguro me siento con la capacidad de hacer cosas que antes no podia.
