mi peso antes de comenzar este reto era de 66 kg y termine pesando 68 con ayuda de los ultra digest, repair, malteada de chocolate y mifavorito el super greens, que acostumbraba a tomar todo diario, mis gigest antes de ingerir cualquier alimento, mi malteada de chocolate en las mañanas, el repair en la noche antes de dormir y el supergreens despues de llegar del gymnasio.
