Hello everyone my name is Juan Carlos Godoy I'm 28 yrs old and I did this challenge to prove to myself that I wasn't meant to be 152lbs my whole life. ALL my life I've been skinny and almost under weight. It wasn't till till late February that I hung out with my cousin and when I hugged him felt like he was as solid as a rock. (Not exaggerating) when he told me he's been taking yor health sculpt set I said give me one with one goal in my head to reach 185lbs.
My first week consisted of a glass of water at night. A super greens with coconut water and a energy shake right after. Going to the gym for about 30min to an hour. After the gym take the yor shake and a meal with my digestive ultra. After all that my day has 3 more meals with my ultra and 2 more shakes. Top it off with a glass of water at night with a repair or 2 depending on the soreness of my body. Gained 5.4lbs to finish at 157.4lbs
Week 2 and going from here on out the only change I'm making is that I'm having 2 yor shakes instead of 3 only reason is that I need the product to last me a month so I can order a second set in the second half of the contest. Finishing week 2 I gained 1.2lbs to make it at 158.6lbs.
Week 3 was by far the most hardest week I've had I reinjured my right shoulder and slowed down the gym temporarily. I still finished at 160.4lbs gained 1.8lbs.
Week 4 was exciting for me I finished at 163lbs exactly gained 2.6lbs.
Week 5 I ended up at 163lbs didn't gain or lose weight. Still see it as a win.
Week 6 was horrible in the reason I had so much work and only went to the gym 2xs this week and lost a pound to finish at 162lbs. Will work harder next week.
Week 7 was a significant improvement to last week I gained the pound I lost plus 1 more to finish at 164lbs.
