Estoy muy contenta con los resultados que obtuve en este reto, ya que a pesar de los problemas que tengo de lesión en cervicales por un accidente que tuve hace un par de meses, pude hacer ejercicio! Al menos una hora 3 ó 4 veces a la semana, fue una combinación de actividades, desde salir a caminar al parque, nadar, clases de baile (evitando brincar), elíptica, etc. Cada día hacía algo diferente.

Y qué me tomaba? Casi toda la línea de suplementación, empezando en las mañanas con un shake de vainilla, durante el ejercicio berry blast, después de bañarme y arreglarme un super greens con un par de gotas de BARE OILS de limón y un shape. En la comida no podían faltar un par de Digest Ultra y para la cena variaba entre un shake o una cena ligera acompañada de un Digest Ultra.



Baje 4.5 kilos, la llantita ya no se desborda, el gordito de la espalda bajó mucho y la panza bajó! la ropa me queda mucho mejor y me siento mucho mejor!
