Este ha sido mi primer reto que no he utilizado nada de pesas debido a un problema de columna desviada. Me enfoqué mucho en ejercicios que fueran colgado y ejercicios que fueran con mi propio peso obtenidos de calistenia.
En promedio dediqué 3 días por semana, 30 a 40 minutos cada sesión siempre de la mano de los productos de yor health y tratando de llevar una buena alimentación siempre que fuese posible, aunque las fiestas y fines de semana lo hacían más complicado, aún así logré definir un poco más mi cuerpo.
Los productos que tomé fueron:
Semana 1 a 4:
- Muscle energy antes (1 scoop) y después (2 scoop) del entrenamiento
- Yor shake 2 scoops con platano a media mañana
- Digest ultra en la comida y la cena
- Supergreens a media tarde
Semana 5 a 8:
- Yor shake antes (1 scoop) y después (2 scoop con fresas) del entrenamiento
- Digest ultra en la comida y la cena
- Supergreens a media tarde
He desarrollado un estilo de vida saludable, me gusta mucho comer sano y cuidar mi cuerpo con ejercicio. Es muy sencillo. Todo se lo debo al reto de 8 semanas!!
