hola comunidad de yor best body mi nombre es jonathan cuenca son del puerto de acapulco tengo 25 años.

Estoy emocionado de haber comcluido mi reto de 8 semanas en las cuales he notado como mi condicion fisica mejoro impresinantemente.

inicie el reto con un peso de 84.600 kg termino con 72.3 kg, bajando 12 kg en mi primer reto.

Mi régimen consistió en lo siguiente: En ayunas estuve tomando agua tibia con 2 gotitas de Bare Oils de Limón y Toronj, y una capsula de yor probiotics; el desayuno y la cena fueron YOR MRP durante el primer mes, en el segundo mes empecé a tomar en ayunas 1 cápsulas de YOR Shape, 1 capsula de yor probiotics, a media mañana super green y una gota de limonsillo, el desayuno y la cena yor mrp.

ejercicio no lo hacia frecuente ya que mi ritmo de trabajo no me lo permite, pero en cuanto me hacia un espacio corria por las mañanas o las terdes en la playa.
