Empese a tomarme YOR health tal y como me lo recomendaron. En ayunas me tomo el YOR Repair y YOR probiotic despues de 30min me tomo el shake con la fibra y un sobresito de Berry Blast y mis YOR Vitamin. Despues de 2hrs me tomo una Super Slim con Fruta o Yogur Antes de comer me tomo 2 Digest y despues de comer me tomo otra Super Slim con otra YOR Vitamin. Despues de rato me tomo otra Super Slim con una comida ligera.
Real mente yo recomiendo YOR por que estoy bajando de peso, e perdido 2 tallas y me siento muy bien
