Un reto mas concluido tomando todos los productos, empezando mi día con un te de aceite de limón, mi malteada con fibra, 2 shapes y 3 vitaminas. A medio día mi super green y 2 shapes en ayunas. Una comida ligera con 1 enzima, un te de menta y por la tarde como snack otra deliciosa bebida de super green con berry blast y aceite de toronja mas 2 shapes y en mi cena malteada, 3 vitaminas, 2 shapes, 1 probitico y 1 repair en ayunas. Y justo antes de dormir un te de jengibre con canela. En este reto incluí los aceites esenciales y el resultado fue aun mejor perdiendo 10% de grasa en mi cuerpo, 7 kilos menos, una digestión y energía increíble. Además mi piel se ve mucho mejor y pude hacer mejoras en mi alimentación ya que no sentía ansiedad ni hambre.

Estoy feliz con los resultados ya que logre mi meta y estoy lista para inscribirme a otro reto y definir mi cuerpo. Amo el sentirme muy bien y tener alternativas naturales para cuidarme y hacerlo del reto un estilo de vida.
