Mi peso actual es de 75 kilos baje en estas 8 semanas 4 kilos en total.

Al despertar me tomaba los probioticos y el Yor reparador.
Aproximadamente a la hora me tomaba la malteada, dos pastillas de vitaminas y una capsula de shape.
