I just finished my 8 week challenge and I couldn't be happier!!! If you follow my social media you would see that i did NOT diet and/or stop drinking completely. I traveled to, Dallas, Monterrey, Laguna Niguel, Catalina Island, New York and enjoyed delicious foods in every city!! Even with alcohol and eating out at every stop during the 8 wk challenge i still managed to lose 16lbs total. I'm now able to wear clothes that i had to stop wearing 2 yrs ago and I feel SOOO much younger than when i started my challenge. Seeing me OVER the 200 lb mark really shocked me and motivated me really get my health under control but in a way that it was more of a lifestyle change vs a diet. I'm stoke to finish this challenge and ready for my next 8 wks!
